Project Initiation Deposit

To commence any project, we require an upfront deposit of 60% of the total project cost. This deposit is necessary to secure your slot in our schedule and allows us to allocate the necessary resources and time to your project. Payment of the deposit is regarded as acceptance of our terms and conditions and signifies the start of the project.

Final Payment

The remaining 40% of the project cost is due upon project completion, before the final delivery of the product or service. We will notify you when the project is complete and provide a final invoice for the remaining balance. Prompt payment of this balance ensures that you will receive the final product or service without delay.

Payment Methods

We are pleased to offer a variety of convenient payment options through our secure Stripe payment system. Accepted methods include major credit and debit cards (such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express), bank transfers, and digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay. Our goal is to provide you with flexible and secure payment solutions to suit your preferences.

Project Completion Criteria

A project is deemed complete upon the fulfillment of all outlined objectives within the agreed project scope. This encompasses the successful execution of deliverables to the clients satisfaction and their formal approval of the final product. Our commitment is to ensure that all specified criteria are met to provide a conclusive and satisfactory project conclusion for our clients.

Late Payment

In instances of delayed payment, we are entitled to impose a late payment fee or interest charges. Specific details of these charges, including the rate and conditions, will be outlined in our initial agreement. This policy is in place to encourage timely payments and ensure fairness for all our clients.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel the project after it has begun, please be aware that the initial 60% deposit is non-refundable. This is to cover resources and time already invested in the project.

Refund Policy

At Bham Web Design and SEO Co., we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our clients in all aspects of our web design, development, and SEO services. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a refund request is made. Below is our policy regarding such requests:

• Initial Consultation
• Our process begins with a detailed consultation to understand your requirements and set clear expectations. We believe in transparent communication from the outset to minimize any potential for dissatisfaction.
• Project Cancellation
• If you decide to cancel your project before work has commenced, we offer a full refund of any deposit made. However, once the project has begun, the deposit becomes non-refundable due to the resources and time already invested.
• Milestone Approvals
• Throughout the project, we work with milestone-based approvals. If, at any point, our work does not meet the agreed-upon specifications, we encourage immediate communication to allow us to make necessary adjustments.
• No Refund After Final Approval
• Once the final product is approved and delivered (be it a website, SEO strategy, etc.), we cannot offer a refund. We consider final approval as your satisfaction and acceptance of the work provided.
• SEO Services
• Due to the nature of SEO, results can vary and are influenced by many external factors. Therefore, refunds for SEO services are not provided. However, we strive to be transparent about realistic outcomes and ongoing performance.
• Post-Delivery Support
• In the case of technical issues or concerns post-delivery, our team will provide support and rectify any problems based on the agreed-upon terms of the project. This support does not constitute grounds for a refund but ensures project completion to your satisfaction.
• Feedback and Revisions
• We value your feedback and provide a set number of revisions as per our agreement. Refund requests made due to a change in preference or direction after these revisions are not typically honored.
